YogaGroove offers dynamic Vinyasa Flow style yoga classes that challenge both mind and body, gradually building strength, stamina and flexibility. Recognizing that everyone is different in both physicality and ability, all of Chani's yoga classes offer modifications appropriate for both experienced yogis and new practitioners.
Chani's yoga classes are held in a fun, relaxed environment that gently encourages students to gain more control, and ultimately freedom, in their lives by creating strength in both the body and the mind.

I really enjoy my classes here and feel so much better for it. Chani is an accomplished teacher and her enthusiasm for yoga rubs off on you.
